Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Delightmyvibe reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Delightmyvibe reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Delightmyvibe shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Delightmyvibe shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Delightmyvibe shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Return policy and limited guarantee against defects
All sales are final unless the item is defective. Please email us and we will let you know what to do and where to send the item back.
. We will provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please package your item back into it's original packaging with a note stating your name, address, phone number and RMA number.
Your account will be credited with the refund when we receive the returned merchandise if we are out of stock or send you the replacement. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Delightmyvibe or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.
Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment.
If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from our Distribution Warehouses. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.
TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES
Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the estimated cost of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. Please note that order shipments returned to Delightmyvibe due to incomplete/incorrect postal information or refused entry by customs may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
CUSTOM AND DUTY
Orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes upon reaching the destination country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the addressee as Delightmyvibe has no control over any foreign duty or additional taxes charged.
